It has been pointed out that this application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed praying for quashing of entire proceedings, including charge-sheet dated 29.06.2021 as well as cognizance/ summoning order dated 06.09.2021, of Case No.31340 of 2021 (State Vs. Abdul Wari and others), arising out of Case Crime No.65 of 2021, under Sections 498-A, 323 I.P.C., Section 3/4 Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Act, 2019 and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station - Mugalpura, District - Moradabad. The proceedings of that case have been quashed by this Court today in Application u/s 528 B.N.S.S. No.25903 of 2025 on the basis of compromise. Hence, this application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has become infructuous. 2. Accordingly, this application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as infructuous.
