Mr. Vishal Sharma, learned DSGI submits that the instant petition with the efflux of time has been rendered infructuous and prays that the same be dismissed as Work Load Return(WLR), which is subject matter of the instant petition was valid only for a period of three months, which period has since lapsed. He further submits that pursuant to the aforesaid WLR, three more WLRs have been issued for various quarters and in the aforesaid backdrop, the instant petition accordingly has been rendered infructuous. 2. In light of the statement made by Mr. Vishal Sharma, learned DSGI, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the instant writ petition alive. 3. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to re-agitate the matter afresh, if cause survives.
