By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks the intervention of this Court for a direction to the Opposite party Nos.2 & 3 to register the complaint with a F.I.R. and to proceed with the investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner, submits that the complaint has been lodged on 15.03.2025. As no action was initiated thereupon, the matter was brought to the notice of DCP, Bhubaneswar but of no avail. 4. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Opposite party No.3 i.e. IIC, Mancheswar P.S., BBSR is directed to examine the report and in the event, a cognizable offence is made out from the complaint, he shall register the same and proceed with the investigation in accordance with law. 5.
