“to issue a Writ Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the inaction of the 4th Respondent in initiation of proceedings and disposal of ROR Appeal filed on 31.12.2024 in respect of the Petitioners absolute property for an extent of Ac.0.74 cents situated in Survey No.24/4 of Ambapuram Village, Vijayawada Rural Mandal N T R District as illegal arbitrary unjust violation of fundamental rights guaranteed under Article 14,21 and 300A of Constitution and consequently direct the 4th Respondent to dispose of the Petitioners ROR Appeal filed on 31.12.2024 in respect of their absolute property for an extent of Ac.0.74 cents situated in Survey

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners preferred an ROR appeal dated 31.12.2024 before the 4th respondent, i.e., the Revenue Divisional Officer against the illegal actions of the 5*^ respondent i.e., the Tahsildar in respect of the subject property.
He further submits that the 5th respondent, in collusion with the third parties who have no rights over the subject property, illegally mutated their names in the revenue records, which is contrary to law. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 2. 4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents’ authorities will consider and dispose of the ROR Appeal preferred by the petitioners 31.12.2024 before the 4'*^ respondent and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a reasonable time. on

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents and on perusal of the material placed on record, this Court is of the considered opinion that the present Writ Petition can be disposed of by directing the 4*^ respondent to consider and dispose of the ROR Appeal preferred by the petitioners on 31.12.2024 before the 4*'' respondent and
V 3 pass appropriate orders in accordance with law after providing an opportunity of hearing to the^petitioner and other stake holders if any, within a period of three(3) months from the date of receipt of copy of this
Order. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There
6. shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel miscellaneous application, pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
