Case of the prosecution, in brief, 'lS that, this iS a Case Of Cheating that was occurred prior to 16.02.2O22 at D.No.7-91/1, Prasadampadu, *- \-=9 -¢ \\_.+ 9 *-*`-» 2. vijayawada and reported-ton 16102.2022 at 9.00 pm in which the complainant Dandibatla Satya Siva Sankara Subramanya -Sastri, reported that he is working as a priest. The complainant purchased two cars 1.. XUV 5OOW10 bearing registration no.AP 16 EF 4609 and 2. KUV 100 NXTK8650 bearing registration no.AP 16 FD 5664 by obtaining loan from bank and he was paying monthly EMl. On 2020 December, he suffered from brain effect and he took treatment in Vijayawada. For that he borrowed Rs|4,OO,000/- from the accused. Due to his health problems, he pledged his two Vehicles to the accused. At that time, the complainant had given 16 empty chequesJ 8 promissory notes, signed white papers. Due to his health condition, he did not pay any interest to the bank. Then bank officials came and gave notice to the complainant. The accrised took the above vehicle records and changed record without giving the finger print of the complainant. Hence the ?'~ complaint. 5. Heard. Perused the record. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is cooperating for investigation and prays to allow the criminal petition, 7. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that as directed by this Court, the petitioner is cooperating for investigation and the investigation is almost comple.ted and submitted that the court may pass appropriate orders. 8, When ascertained with regard to the stage of the investigation, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.submitted that the investigation is .. fif- - \ 3 almost completed and so far no incriminating material has been COIIected showing the involvement of the petitioner in the commission of the offence. considering the said submissions, this court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, but with some conditions. 9.
