The Court made the following: m and the Public THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K SREENIVASA REDDY CRIMINAL PETITION NO: 4158 OF 2025 ORDER: The Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is filed on behalf of the petitioner/A4 to grant anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.105/2024 of Ponnur Town Police Station, Guntur District. 2. A case has been registered against the petitioner and others for the offences punishable under Sections 403, 406, 409, 420, 120B read with 34 of the IPC, 66-D ITA-2000-2008. Case of the prosecution in brief is that the informant is the Small Finance Bank Limited branch of Ponnur and 3. Manager of Fin Care A1 to A11 were working in his branch as Village Microfinance Loan Sanctioning Manager and other positions. They went to villages and got sanctioned Grameena Micro Finance Loans to public in that company, the loan amount from customers and After sanction of loans, recovering deposit to the branch is the main role of the accused. On 24.01.2024, to Ponnur Branch and conducted audit. Then he accused used several mobile numbers and they are the informant came found that the registered as their personal numbers. The informant identified that A1 to All cheated the public by saying that their mobile number was not \ 2 registered to their account. The public believed their deceitful words and told the OTP to the accused. The accused cheated the public with common intention and misappropriated the public loan amount. The accused took total loan amount of Rs.43,76,884/- from the public and deposited an amount of Rs.11,87,446/- to company and they cheated the company and misappropriated the funds of the company i.e. public money to a tune of Rs.35,10,579/- with common intention. Hence, the present case. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5. A perusal of the material available on record goes to show that, a specific accusation has been attributed as against the petitioner herein. In view of the said reason, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, the petitioner is directed to surrender and make an application before the Court below for grant of Regular Bail and the Court below is directed to pass appropriate orders on merits on the same day. 6.
