Ms. “T” desires to go with her parents who have extended an assurance not to harass and victimize her, to continue her studies and not to marry her until she attains the marriageable age and against her wishes. In view of the aforesaid, this habeas corpus petition is disposed of with a direction to the Police authorities to hand over the detenu to her parents henceforth.
