The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mahagama P.S. Case No. 199 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3) & 340(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Satish Kumar Munda, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Godda. 3. On 10.11.2024, at about 20:30 P.M., Mahagama Police, raided the house of the petitioner and on search, huge quantity of English liquor was recovered. It further appears that the number of stickers were also recovered which shows that the liquor recovered were spurious in nature. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 11.11.2024. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected, at this stage. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Nandini/- Uploaded
