Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to call for the records relating to the impugned order dated 31.3.2025 made Na.Ka.No.03/Ka.U.Aa/Se.Ma/2025 passed by the 12th respondent and quash the same as null and void and consequently directing the respondents more particularly respondents 5 to 12 to grant permission to Rama Rath Yatra 'Ram Navami festival' to be held on 06.04.2025 at 10 A.M and also seek permission to take procession of Rama Rath Yatra 'Ram Navami Festival' will start at 10.00 am with special pooja at the Ramar temple in Ayodhyapatnam at Salem and will proceed in a procession to Udayapatti, Ammapetai Roundtana via Ammapetai Soundararaja Perumal Temple Deeparathana and pettai temple accepting perform Deeparathana viz.
