1. This petition under Section 528 of the BNSS has been filed for extension of time to deposit the fine amount of Rs. 10,000/- as per order dated 25.11.2024 passed by this Court in CR.R. No. 571/2015.
2. This Court, vide order dated 25.11.2024, while disposing off the revision petition, had imposed a condition that the revisionist shall deposit a sum of Rs. 10,000/- within a period of six weeks. However, since the revisionist could not deposit the amount within the stipulated time, he has filed the present petition seeking extension of time for depositing the said amount.

2 this Court was never been intimated or informed so as to enable the present applicant to comply with the conditions/directions of this Court. The
order ultimately came to the knowledge of the applicant on 10.01.2025 through his local counsel in the evening hours. On 11.01.2025 and 12.01.2025 there was a holiday hence no steps could be taken, however on 12.01.2025 the applicant visited to Bilaspur so that a petition for extension of time could be filed and instructed the present counsel for obtaining the certified copies which were obtained on 13.01.2025 and on the next day this instant petition is being prepared and filed without there being any further delay. It is further respectfully submitted that there was no default on the part of the present applicant in complying with the directions/conditions as he was not aware of the factum of disposal of his case and the conditions imposed by this Court while disposing of his case i.e. Criminal Revision No. 571/2015. Hence, he prays that the time period for depositing the fine amount may be extended.

Learned counsel for the other side has no objection.
5. The prayer made by the petitioner appears to be reasonable. Hence, the petitioner is granted further two weeks and no more time from today to deposit the said amount as was ordered by this Court on 25.11.2024 in Cr.R. No. 571 of 2015.
6. Accordingly, this Cr.M.P. stands disposed of.
7. Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and compliance. Sd/-
