Also heard Mr. Sangharsh Pandey, learned Government Advocate appearing for the State/respondents No. 1 to 5 as well as Mr. Yashkaran Singh, learned counsel for the respondent No. 7. 2 The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for the following relief(s): “10.1 To issue an appropriate writ or order and to quash the impugned notice dated 29.11.2024 (Notice No. Q-1/ Chatra/ Counseling/San.Chi.Si/2024-Raipur, dated 29/11/2024 as well as the impugned order dated 29/11/2024 (Order No. 10980/Chatra/San.Chi.Si/2024- Raipur dated 29/11/2024) passed by the Commissioner, Medical Education as well as the order passed by Director, Health Services dated 29.11.2024 (Order No. F/08-87/ 2024/ Vigyapt/dated 29/11/2024) all collectively filed as (Annexure P/9) and to further direct the 3 respondent authorities to give 30% bonus marks to the petitioner as already given to the petitioner as per Annexure P/7 in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may issue appropriate writ and to quash the provisional allotment list dated 01.12.2024 (Annexure P/12). 10.3 To issue an appropriate writ or order to the concerned respondent authorities to not to cancel the admission given to the petitioner on the seat of M.D. Radio Diagnosis, at Pt. JNM Medical College and to cancel any other admission if given to any other candidate. 10.4 That, this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to appropriate writ and to quash the revised merit and allotment list dated 01.11.2024 Annexure P/12 in the interest of justice. 10.5 Any other relief/reliefs which may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be allowed.” 3 Ms. Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has filed an application being IA No. 5/2025, on 10.03.2025 seeking withdrawal of this petition. 4 Learned counsel appearing for other side have no objection. 5 In view of the above, IA No. 5/2025 is allowed. Consequently, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order passed by this Court on 20.12.2024 stands vacated.
