1. With the consent of the parties heard finally.
2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition on the following reliefs:

“10.1. That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to enforce the eviction orders dated 27.02.2025 and 19.05.2025 against respondent no. 6/Tulsiram from the government land bearing khasra no. 729/1. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to restrain respondent no. 6 from making forcible possession or continuing any construction/encroachment on the disputed government land. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to stop ongoing construction immediately and ensure compliance with prior orders, including submission of compliance reports. 10.4 That, any appropriate writ, direction or
order may also kindly be passed in favour of the petitioners, which this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that respondent no. 6 has encroached upon the government land for which the petitioner has already made representation dated 13.08.2025 (Annexure P/6) before respondent no. 3, which has not been considered and decided till date and therefore, direction may be
3 issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously.
4. Learned counsel for the State raised no objection.
5. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the record with utmost circumspection.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions of the counsels for the respective parties, respondent no. 3 and 4 are directed to consider and decide the representation dated 13.08.2025 (Annexure P/6) of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law, rules and regulations expeditiously as soon as possible. The petitioner is at liberty to file additional documents, if any before the said authorities in support of his case.
7. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the petition stands
