A short prayer made by the petitioner in this petition is that the respondent-Bank be directed to provide necessary details of the action taken qua the secured assets under the SARFAESI Act, 2002. The petition, in view of the limited prayer made, is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-Bank to provide the details of the action taken against the petitioner qua the secured assets under the SARFAESI Act, 2002 and provide him requisite documents including the manner in which the cost assessment of the property was made, etc within a period of four weeks from the date copy of this order is served upon respondents.
