None has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.3384/2024 submitted by the respondent was disposed of by this Court on 14.03.2024 on the basis of the judgment passed in the case of M/s Balaji Fish Farm vs. State of Rajasthan and Ors (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.14463/2021), as relied by counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent on 14.03.2024. Counsel submits that in-fact (2 of 2) [WRW-126/2024] the order passed in the case of M/s Balaji Fish Farm (supra) was quashed and set-aside by the Division Bench of this Court at the Principal Seat while deciding D.B. Special Appeal Writ No.365/2022 vide order dated 04.11.2022, but this fact was not brought into notice of this Court at the time of disposal of the S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.3384/2024. Counsel submits that under these circumstances, the order dated 14.03.2024 is required to be recalled. 3. None is there to oppose the aforesaid submission. 4. Considering the arguments put forward by learned counsel for the petitioner and looking to the fact that S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.3384/2024 was decided by this Court on the basis of the judgment relied by the respondent in the case of M/s Balaji Fish Farm (supra), but this fact was not brought into the notice of this Court that the order passed in the case of M/s Balaji Fish Farm (supra) was quashed by the Division Bench of this Court at the Principal Seat vide order dated 04.11.2022 while deciding D.B. Special Appeal Writ No.365/2022, considering this material aspect of the matter, the order dated 14.03.2024 stands quashed. 6. Accordingly, the instant review petition stands allowed. The S.B.
