The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner, who arrayed as A13 in Crime No.1176 of 2024 involving illegal possession of 17.300 kilograms of Methamphetamine was granted bail by this Court, vide order dated 21.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.3569 of 2025. He also submitted that the co-accused A14 and A15 are still absconding and the petitioner herein is required for the purpose of investigation and opposed the relaxation petition. 3. Considering the submissions of both sides, the fact that the co- accused in this case are still absconding and the petitioner is required for the purpose of further investigation, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition in para No.8(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3569 of 2025, dated 21.02.2025. 4.
