This writ petition has been filed for following relief:- "i] issue a writ or order and direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Commissioner, Azamgarh Mandal, Azamgarh to decide the Appeal No. 324/A Computerized No. C 202415000000156 (Ishaq Ahmad and others Versus Nasim Ahmad and others), under Section 24 (4) U.P. Revenue Code, filed by the respondents/ plaintiffs, pending before him, within stipulated period as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case in accordance with law. " 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that appeal is pending since 2024 and and he prayed that same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to Commissioner, Azamgarh Mandal, Azamgarh to consider and decide the appeal, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the opposite parties, giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
