Praveen, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings, for respondents 1 to 5, and Sri Bhagat Singh, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondent No.6. 2. The above writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not permitting the petitioner to lay the pipeline from survey No.57 to survey No.96/1A of Rama Kuppam Mandal from Ambapuram via Vijalapuram on the side of Kuppam Road, as illegal and arbitrary. SRS,J W.P.No.10779 of 2025 3. At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner confined the arguments and submitted that the petitioner made a representation dated 21.08.2024 before respondent No.3, however, the same has not been considered so far. Learned counsel urged to direct respondent No.3 to consider the petitioner’s representation and pass appropriate orders. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings, on instructions submitted that respondent No.3 inspected the site and will pass appropriate orders on the petitioner’s representation. 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with the consent of learned counsel on either side, directing the learned respondent No.3 to consider the petitioners’ representation dated 21.08.2024 (Ex.P2) and pass appropriate orders, strictly as per the rules. No costs.
