ORDER 21.05.2025 Heard Shri T Bagang, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Shri S Tapin, learned Sr. Govt. Advocate, AP for the official respondents as well as Shri A Rebe,
learned counsel for the respondent nos. 8 and 9. Shri Bagang, learned counsel for the petitioner has, however submitted that he has instructions not press this writ petition. The aforesaid submission is not opposed by the learned counsel for the respondents. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated.
