Today, when the appeal is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced written instructions furnished by the Sub- Inspector of Police, Seethanagaram P.S. dt. 06.08.2025 stating that the appellant died on 12.11.2018 in Central Prison, Visakhapatnam, and Death certificate of the appellant was also annexed to the said written instructions. In view of the said statement, this Criminal Appeal is hereby dismissed as abated. No order as to costs. As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
