As seen from the F.I.R., the police has registered crime against the accused under Sections 324 (4), 351 (2) read with 3(5) of BNS vide Crime No.509 of 2024 of Kasibugga Police Station on 09.11.2024. Therefore, this Court without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent No.3/SHo, Kasibugga Police Station to investigate the case and file either the charge-sheet or the final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3. 4.
