Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that police are interfering in the civil disputes. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioners and unofficial respondents and the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedy before the appropriate forum. There shall be no order as to costs.
