It has been pointed out that this application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed praying for quashing of entire proceedings, including charge-sheet dated 03.02.2020 as well as cognizance/ summoning order dated 15.02.2020, of Case No.4925 of 2020 (State Vs. Abdul Wari and others ), arising out of Case Crime No.422 of 2019, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 498-A I.P.C. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station - Mugalpura, District - Moradabad. The proceedings of that case have been quashed by this Court today in Application u/s 528 B.N.S.S. No.25903 of 2025 on the basis of compromise. Hence, this application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has become infructuous. 2. Accordingly, this application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as infructuous.
