The present bail application has been moved by the applicant-accused Surendra Kumar for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B I.P.C. and Section 6/10 of U.P. Public Examination Act, in Case Crime No.33 of 2024, Police Station-Lodha, District-Aligarh. 2. Sri Ashwani Tripathi, learned advocate, holding the brief, appears for the applicant and submits that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the case, where the applicant has been caught giving recruitment of police examination in place of co-accused. The accused applicant has been apprehended in absence of independent witnesses. The accused applicant is in jail since February, 2024. He is a student and his carrier is ruined. 3. Per contra, learned AGA submits that the charge sheet has been submitted against the accused applicant. The applicant has no criminal history. Accused apprehended from the examination centre. 4. This Court has taken into consideration the rival submissions made by the parties and perused the record. 5. The perusal of the record reveals that the charge sheet has been submitted against the applicant. The accused is languishing in jail since February, 2024 and the trial is not concluded. 6. Without touching the merit of the case, this bail application is allowed. 7. Let the accused applicant be enlarged on bail subject to furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
