The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 06.01.2025 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 36236 of 2024. In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed a compliance affidavit of the opposite party disclosing that now the order of writ Court has been complied with and payment of interest amounted has been credited in the account of applicant through dated 21.06.2025. The cheque has also been annexed with the compliance affidavit. The said compliance affidavit is taken on record. Sri Daya Shankar, learned counsel for the applicant has not disputed the aforesaid facts. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. The contempt application is disposed of. Notices are discharged.
