The applicant has filed this application to transfer the divorce petition filed by the non- applicant which is pending before Family Court, Yavatmal to Civil Judge Senior Division, Warora. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant is staying at Chimur and it will be difficult for her to travel from Chimur to Yavatmal as there is no conveyance from Chimur to Yavatmal, hence, prayed to transfer the matter, which is pending at Family Court, Yavatmal to the Civil Judge Senior Division, Warora. Prity 2 / 2 49.mca39.2025 3. Learned counsel appearing for the non- applicant has stated that the applicant is doing job in Nagpur. It is convenient for her to travel from Nagpur to Yavatmal instead of Chimur, as she is doing job at Nagpur and the matter is pending at Yavatmal, therefore, prayed to reject the application. 4. Heard both learned counsel for the respective parties. 5. The applicant is a working lady, she is doing job in Nagpur only because one case is pending before the Chimur Court, she has filed this application to transfer the matter at Warora as there is no Senior Division at Chimur. 6. If the applicant can travel from Chimur to Nagpur, she can travel from Nagpur to Yavatmal also therefore, there is no need to transfer the matter from Yavatmal to Warora, hence, the miscellaneous civil application is rejected.
