(ii) Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.” 3 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners has challenged the charge-sheet issued against them in the departmental enquiry, however, during the pendency of this petition, the departmental enquiry has been concluded and the petitioners have been terminated from service, as such, instant petition has become infructuous. He prays that the liberty may be granted in their favour to challenge their termination order, while raising the grounds which have been mentioned in this petition. 4 Learned counsel appearing for the respondents having no objection. 5 Accordingly, instant writ petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to take recourse to law, if so advised, while raising all these grounds, which have been raised in this petition.
