The CRR No.118/2025 has been filed by the applicant with following prayer: “ It is therefore, prayed that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to enhance/modify the award amount of maintenance the impugned order dated 04.10.2024 (Annexure R-1), passed by The learned Principal Judge, Family Court Janjgir, District Janjgir-Champa (C.G.), in Spl. Cri. Case no. 423/2023, in the interest of justice. ” 2. The CRR No.1235/2024 has been filed by the applicant with following prayer: “ It is therefore, that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allowed criminal revision and set-aside the impugned order dated 04.10.2024 passed by the learned Principal Judge Family Court Janjgir, District Janjgir- Champa Chhattisgarh, in Misc. Criminal Case no. 423/2023 or granted maintenance may be reduced, in the interest of justice. ” 3. None appears nor is any representation made on behalf of the applicant to press this revision when the case is called out. 4. It appears that the applicant has lost his interest to pursue this matter. 5. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed on this ground alone. 6. Let a certified copy of this order as well as the original records be transmitted to the concerned trial Court for necessary compliance and follow up action, if any.
