The present writ petition has been filed against the common Award dt.24.04.2025 passed by learned Judge, Motor Accidents Claim Tribunal, Sawai Madhopur (Raj.) in Claim Case No.136/2024 (Ramkunwar v. Premraj Meena & Ors.), whereby the claim petition filed by the claimants – respondents, was allowed. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, seeks to withdraw the present writ petition as the amount of compensation is only Rs.6,000/-. However, he prays that this withdrawal should not affect the merits of the appeal filed by the petitioner – Insurance Company against the common Award dt.24.04.2025. 3.
