ORDER:
1. This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief;
“To issue Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent authorities in adding the petitioners’ land in Sy.No.43/6P and 43/7P in an extent of Ac.4.45 cents to the list the prohibition under Section 22A of A.P. Registration Act by a notification in Rc.No.823/2014/E2, dated 10.05.2016 issued by the District Collector, Vizianagaram, dated 10.05.2016 without notice as illegal, arbitrary unconstitutional, against the principles of natural justice and contrary to Article 300A of the Constitution of India and contrary to A.P. Registration Act and consequently direct the respondents to delete the petitioners’ land from prohibition list under Section 22A of A.P. Registration Act and pass.” Though the petitioners made several allegations against the
2. respondents, during hearing,
learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court, without touching the merits of the case, to issue a direction to the respondents to dispose of the Revenue Sadassu 2024-25 Application dated 13.12.2024 of the petitioners.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue readily agreed to dispose of the Revenue Sadassu 2024-25 Application
3 dated 13.12.2024 of the petitioners, if any pending with the authorities. In view of the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, this Court need not decide the truth or otherwise of the allegations made in the petition. This Court is conscious that no such direction be issued, in view of the

judgment of the Apex Court in “The Government of India v. P.Venkatesh”\ wherein the Apex Court held that such orders may make for a quick or easy disposal of cases in overburdened adjudicatory institutions. But, they do no service to the cause of justice. As the learned counsel for the petitioners himself requested to issue a direction to of the Revenue Sadassu 2024-25 Application dated 13.12.2024 of the petitioners. This Court find no other alternative except to issue such direction.

In the result, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to dispose of the Revenue Sadassu 2024-25 Application dated 13.12.2024 of the petitioners and also with reference to endorsement in S.R.No.84/2022/A, dated 25.06.2022 issued by the 4**" respondent within a period three (3) months from 2019(8) SCALE 544
