GP FOR COOPERATION (AP) The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE B.V.L.N.CHAKRAVARTHI WRIT PETITION No.16552 of 2018 ORDER: The present writ petition is filed seeking a direction holding that the petitioner is entitled to be continued in service till the age of 60 years, in terms of the resolution of the Managing Committee of the 5th respondent Society dated 30.03.2018, by setting aside the proceedings in R.C. No.784/2018/C dated 21.04.2018 passed by the 3rd respondent. 2. There is no representation for the petitioner, though the matter is posted today under the caption “For Dismissal.” Even on the earlier occasion, there was no representation for the petitioner. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Cooperation submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous, since the petitioner has already completed sixty (60) years of age, being the age of superannuation. 4. The submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader are placed on record. 5. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
