It is not in dispute that the similar prayers as prayed for in the present petition were subject matter of Special Civil Application Nos.1357 of 2016 and 1452 of 2016. 2. The respondents have filed reply, in which they have produced the copy of the order dated 11.4.2016, by which the afore-mentioned Special Civil Applications were dismissed. It is also stated at the bar that the Letters Patent Appeals filed against the said order also resulted into dismissal. 3. In view of the fact that the similar prayers have been refused by a Coordinate Bench of this Court and confirmed by the Division Bench of this Court, there cannot be any justifiable ground to entertain the present writ petition.
