Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that order under contempt has been complied with by the respondent authorities. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents conceded the submission of learned counsel for applicant that the order under contempt has been complied with. 2 4. In view of the fact that respondent authorities have complied with the order dated 25.07.2024 passed in WP(C) No.381/2024 of this Court, as contended by both the parties, nothing remains in instant contempt case. Thus, no case of contempt is made out, as such I do not find any reason to proceed further in the matter, initiating contempt proceeding against the respondents. 5.
