2 f $ The Court made the following order: The petitioner claims that, she was assigned land to an extent of Ac.2.50 cents in Sy.No.587-1 of Biradavoly Village, Podalakuru Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, by the Government of Andhra Pradesh, vide File.No. 137 of 2011, dated 11.04.2010, by the then Tahsildar, Podalakur.
Since the date of assignment, it is her case that, she is in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject land, by doing agricultural operations. Subsequently, her name was mutated in the revenue records i.e., Form-1 B etc. It is further case of the petitioner that, on 12.08.2020, the 3^^ respondent visited the subject land and orally directed the petitioner to vacate from the same. It is contended by the petitioner that, despite issuance of DKT patta in her favour, the 3*^*^ respondent tried to interfere with the possession of the petitioner, without issuing any notice or without following due process of law. Questioning the said action, the present writ petition is filed. This Court by order dated 20.08.2020, while issuing notice,
directed the respondents to maintain Status-Quo existing on that date. The said interim order is subsisting as on today.
