JUSTICE MAHENDAR KUMAR GOYAL Judgment / Order 03/04/2025 The application No.1/2024 filed by the applicants for taking on record the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner-Shri [2025:RJ-JP:15077] (2 of 2) [WRES-87/2024] Kailash Narayan Sharma, is treated as an application seeking leave leave of the Court to file restoration application through his legal representatives as he has expired during pendency of the writ petition and is allowed accordingly. In view thereof, the defect No.2 is waived. For the reasons stated in the restoration application, the same is allowed subject to a cost of Rs.2,500/-. The orders dated 30.11.2023 passed by this Court & dated 10.01.2024 passed by the Registrar (Judl.) are recalled. The S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.12575/2023 shall stand restored to its original number provided the order dated 30.11.2023 passed therein is complied with and the aforesaid cost is deposited by the applicants with the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, Jaipur within a period of four weeks from today failing which this order shall stand recalled and the restoration application shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
