That respondent may kindly be directed to consider the case of the petitioner for granting the arrear of revised pension/family pension/gratuity as per their own office order within a time bound manner with upto date interest. ii. The respondents may kindly be directed to consider and decide the representation (Annexure P-) of the petitioner in accordance with law within time bound manner.” 2. Learned counsel for the parties inform the Court that as the issue raised in this petition is pending before the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court, this petition be disposed of with the direction that the judgment of the Hon’ble Division Bench in CWP 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
