3. On due consideration, I.A. No. 1 is allowed. The delay in fling the petition is condoned and leave to appeal is granted. Accordingly, the present Cr.M.P. stands allowed.
4. Registry is directed to register the present Cr.M.P. as acquittal appeal.
5. Let notice be issued to the Respondent on payment of process fee as per rules after registration of acquittal appeal.
