ORDER:
1. Aggrieved by the action of 4*^ respondent in trying to interfere with the disputes between the petitioner and the respondent Nos.7 and 8. At the behest of respondents 7 and 8, the 4*'^ erspondent is pressurizing to settle the disputes relating to the property admeasuring Ac. 1.04 cents in RS.No. 148/2 of Pernamitta revenue Village of Ongole Mandal, Prakasam District.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 7‘^ respondent has filed a complaint against the petitioner, which was registered a case in Crime No.265 of 2021 of Ongole Taluka Police Station, Prakasam District for the alleged offence under Sections 143, 147, 341,323 of IPC and Section 5 of AP Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act and Section 3(1 )(f), 3(1 )(r), 3(1 )(s), 3(2)(va) of SC, ST.(POA) Act. It is also submitted that the petitioner has also filed CRLP.No.2774 of 2021 and this Court
directed the investigating officer to proceed with the investigation and on filing of the charge sheet. The quash petition was disposed by granting liberty to challenge the same if so advised. However, under the guise of investigation in Crime No.265 of 2021, the 4*'' respondent is trying to interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the respondents 7 and 8.
3. Considering the same, there shall be a direction to the 4^^ respondent not to interfere with the disputes pending between petitioner and the
respondents 7 and
8. This order would not preclude the concerned investigating officer in filing the charge sheet/final report. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off without costs.
4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
