A perusal of the order dated 18.09.2024, would go on to show that the Comptroller and Audit General of India was directed to have an audit of the utilized funds by respondents No.5 and 6 for the period from 2015 to 2019 and submit a report to this Court. Communication dated 22.12.2025, has been placed on record addressed to the Registrar General, by the Deputy Accountant General of the office of Principal Accountant General (Audit) H.P. enclosing the necessary reports. The said report has been opened in the Court and the same is taken on record. Learned counsel as such, to inspect the same and take the copies of the same. To come up for consideration on 26.10.2026.
