ORDER: This Criminal Petition, under Sections 480 and 483 of BNSS, has been filed by the petitioner/A1, seeking regular bail, in RSS SC No.284 of 2022 on the file of the learned Special`Court in the Cadre of Additional District & Sessions Judge for Trial of Red Sanders Smuggling Cases, Tirupati. 2. A case has been registered ,against the Petitioner and Others in crime No.27 of 2017 of Sambepalli Police Station. Police after conducting investigation filed charge sheet. Subsequently, the case was taken on file as RSS SC.No.284 of 2022 on the file of the learned special court in the cadre'of Additional District & Sessions Judge for Trial of Red Sanders Smuggling Cases, Tirupati. It is submitted that during the pendency of trial, on one occasion i.e., on 21.03.2022 when the petitioner was called absent, NBW was issued against the petitioner. 3. Heard. Perused the record. 4. A perusal of the material On record goes tO Show that the learned Sessions Judge issued NBW against the petitioner and On execution of pT Warrant, the petitioner was Produced On 14:02.2025 .- Jr, 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and considering the remand period of the petitioner, this court is in'clined to grant bail to the petitioner, and accordingly, the criminal petition is allowed. The petitioner/accused shall be released on bail on executing a personal bond for Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) With two Sureties for the lI'ke Sum tO the Satisfaction Of the-learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Rayachoty.
