Against the mutation order passed by the competent authority, remedy of the petitioner would be to file an appeal under Section 472 of the U.P. Municipal Corporation Act. 3. It goes without saying that if such an appeal is preferred within two weeks from today, the same shall be entertained on merits without raising any objection with regard to limitation and shall be decided expeditiously after serving notice to the fourth respondent or any other person aggrieved. 4. With the above observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. 5. Certified copy of the impugned order shall be returned by the Registry after retaining its copy on record.
