Sushil Kukreja, Judge (oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record communication dated 02.09.2026, wherein, it has been stated that Principal Government Senior Secondary School Koti Bounch has submitted the case of pay fixation of the petitioner to Deputy Director School Education (Secondary) Nahan, which has been examined and after approval of pay fixation, case of the petitioner has been 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 returned back to the Principal of the concerned institution with the direction to draw all consequential benefits of pay arrear strictly as per instructions issued by the Finance Department from time to time. 2. Therefore, in this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the matter is closed. 3.
