Bhawna Asai, W/o Mr. Niteen Asai.He further submits that this Court in writ petition(s) No.7362/2024 directed the respondents authorities to decide the representation. He submits that the details of petitioner No.14 may be corrected. 3) Learned counsel for the State does not oppose the submission. 4) I have heard learned counsel for parties and perused the documents available in record. 5) Be that as it may, though in the writ petition itself wrong details of petitioner No.14 were mentioned but in the interest of justice Petitioner No.14 may be read as Smt. Bhawna Asai, W/o Mr. Niteen Asai. 6) Accordingly, with these observations this MCC is disposed of. 7) Copy of this order be kept with records of WPS No.7362 of 2024.
