Mr. Vimal Kumar Pandey, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client belongs to a scheduled caste. Respondent nos. 4 and 5 fraudulently caused the District Magistrate to record permission granted for sale of his land. His client being illiterate, upon being told caused representation dated 31st January, 2025 to be made to respondent no.2, protesting the consent recorded by order dated 2nd September, 2006. He seeks direction upon said respondent to consider the representation and revoke the consent, not given by his client. 2. P.K.Srivastava, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State. 3. We are not inclined to direct issuance of notice upon private respondent. Instead, respondent no.2 is directed to consider petitioner's representation dated 31st January, 2025, upon noticing respondent nos. 4 and 5, if necessary. We make this direction because petitioner says he did not give consent. Be it noted that civil suit is pending and consideration of the representation must accordingly be made, in line with Government Orders/Notifications, if applicable. 4. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order along with copy of his representation to respondent no.2. Said respondent upon considering the representation will inform decision taken thereon to petitioner within four weeks of the communication. 5. The writ petition is disposed of.
