1. At the very outset, Mr. Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has an efficacious remedy to move an application for reference of the matter before the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement authority under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (for short ‘the Act of 2013’). He would further submit that the present petition may be disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to move an application according to the provisions of Section 64 of the Act of 2013.
2. No objection from other side.
3. Permission is granted.
4. The present petition is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to move an application before the Collector in accordance with the Section 64 of the Act of 2013 and the concerned Collector is directed to decide the said application strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 2013.
5. With the aforesaid observation(s)/direction(s), the present petition is disposed of.
