Sangbia Enterprise represented by its proprietor Smti Yarang Tayo Sangbia having its address at B-Sector, Prem Nagar, Naharlagun, PO&PS Naharlagun, Papumpare District, Arunachal Pradesh. Such application is filed pursuant to this Court’s order 17.03.2025, passed in the connected writ petition, i.e., WP(C)106(AP)2025, wherein the Co-ordinate Bench has already held that the aforesaid Enterprise is a necessary party. In view of the view, the present application stands allowed. The aforesaid M/s P.P. Sangbia Enterprise represented by its proprietor Smti Yarang Tayo Sangbia having its address at B-Sector, Prem Nagar, Naharlagun, PO&PS Naharlagun, Papumpare District, Arunachal Pradesh, be impleaded as respondent No.4 in the connected writ petition.
