JUSTICE V.SRISHANANDA) 1. Heard Sri.R.H.Angadi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt.Girija S. Hiremath, learned High Court Government Pleader for respondent-State. 2. Petition under Section 439 of Cr.P.C., with the following prayer: “To allow the petition and enlarge the Petitioner/Accused No.4 on bail, who is arrayed as Accused No.4 in APMC Navanagar P.S. Cr.No.14/2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 61(2)(A), 109(1), 351(3), 352 R/W. Section 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita -2023 pending on the file of 3rd Senior Civil Judge and JMFC Hubballi.” 3. Petitioner is accused No.4 in Crime No.14/2025. Accused Nos.1 and 2 have been granted bail by this Court in Crl.P.101265/2025 taking note of the injury as a simple injury. Present petitioner also stands on the same footing that of accused Nos.1 and 2. Accordingly, following order is passed. ORDER i. The criminal petition is allowed. ii. The Petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on executing a personal bond in a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Judge. iii. The petitioner shall not directly or indirectly tamper the prosecution witnesses in any manner. iv. Petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of the Dharwad District without prior permission. v. Petitioner shall mark his attendance before Investigating Officer on every alternate Sunday between 10.00 am and 2.00 pm., till the final report is filed.
