The prayer made in this writ petition is to grant payment of subsistence allowance of petitioner with effect from 13.04.2007 to 28.12.2011 and that petitioner has retired during the pendency of this writ petition. 3. Learned counsel for respondents submits that if legally permissible subsistence allowance of petitioner was not paid, the same will be paid, in accordance with law. 4. In view of above submissions, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that legally permissible subsistence allowance if still not paid, the same shall be paid after due verification, expeditiously.
