For the reasons mentioned in the petition, the Order passed by this Court in CrI.P. No.7866 of 2025, dated 05.08.2025, at paragraph No.7 (ii) directing the petitioner/Accused No.2 to appear before the investigating officer on every Saturday in between 10:00 a.m, and 5:00 p.m., and (iii) the petitioner/accused No.2 shall not leave the limits of the District without prior permission from the Station House Officer concerned are modified. The petitioner/accused No.2 shall now appear before the investigating officer as and when required. Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2025 is ordered.
