As per the status report filed by the official respondent on 19.04.2023, offences under Sections 341/323/506/34 IPC are proved against the petitioners. It surfaced during investigation that one of the petitioners, i.e, petitioner No. 1- Puneet Kumar is a juveline. The investigation has culminated in the filing of final report against the petitioners in the competent Courts. Charge-sheet against petitioner No. 2-Tarun Kumar has been presented in the Court of JMIC, Kalakote on 16.09.2022 and a supplementary challan against the juvenile petitioner No. 1 came to be filed before the Juvenile Justice Board, Rajouri. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to assail the charge-sheet.
