Deori, learned counsel for the opposite parties, who is the petitioners in the connected writ petitions. It is projected in these interlocutory applications that the connected writ petitions were filed challenging the eviction orders passed by the jurisdictional Divisional Forest Officer and this Court while issuing notice of motion, directed maintenance of status quo. The case of the applicant is that in connection with the said land, a petroleum mining lease has been issued in favour of the applicant and therefore, the learned counsel applicant has submitted that if the matter is heard and disposed of in his absence, the applicant may suffer irreparable loss and injury.
